Lucia Nichols

Lucia has always loved real estate and found her niche at Upswing Real Estate as the marketing coordinator. Before joining the team at Upswing, Lucia worked as the Environmental Specialist for a major manufacturer in Sacramento, California. After frequent trips to the Bay Area, while working on a job site in Cupertino, she discovered that she loved the South Bay and the urban lifestyle it offered. She made the move and transitioned her content management, writing, and creative skills into the field of real estate marketing.

 

Having always enjoyed writing, Lucia chose this as her required concentration when completing her degree in environmental science at UC Santa Barbara. This proclivity for writing, combined with a fascination for real estate and a love of the urban lifestyle, has made her transition into real estate marketing an exciting new challenge.
