The impressive amenities offered at Silvery Towers are expected to include: private parking, fitness center, swimming center, club lounge, dog wash, a bike kitchen, and more!
C2K Architecture is designing this new development and plans to incorporate the height of luxury with glass walls, upgraded modern interiors and private balconies. An additional 20,000 square feet of retail will extend this development to meet the current San Pedro Square Market and entertainment district. With the additional residences, retail and parking blending into the current San Pedro Square, Silvery Towers will be an excellent contribution to the exciting revitalization efforts in Downtown San Jose. This 1.63-acre site is also located next door to the historic Peralta Adobe and Fallon House. In an effort to integrate this high rise with these much smaller structures, the towers will be offset with intimate courtyards. Under construction now, Silvery Towers’ completion is scheduled for March 2019.
