Barry Swenson Builders is at it again with its next proposed Downtown San Jose high rise. A two-tower, 220-unit project. The high rise will offer both residential and retail. With approximately 18,000 square feet devoted to retail space, it will offer a proportionately large amount of square footage for projects this size! The building will also feature an underground parking garage.  The First Church of Christ Scientist will be refurbished and renewed for public use. Christy Mabry of Barry Swenson builders has called this project “a crucial milestone” and a “huge catalyst” for Downtown San Jose.
