The development formerly known as Silvery Towers has officially re-branded and is now known as 188 West St James. After attending a recent construction update meeting, we are finally able to provide a bit of new information regarding this development!
As of today, all the exterior glass has been installed and they are now able to begin the build out of the interiors. The development is working to have model units open for viewing by August 2019 with presales beginning around that time as well. The new projected completion date is March 2020. These dates are all still very tentative and, with the past as an indicator, we can likely expect changes to these dates.
Contrary to rumors you may have heard; this development will be condos for sale and will not include apartments for lease. There will be 640 condo units for sale that will include studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom. It will offer penthouse units and amenities that include an outdoor deck with pool, spa & BBQ, indoor/outdoor fitness center, residence lounge & kitchen, business lounge & conference room, pet wash, and bike storage.
