Today we remember and honor all who served. One way we can honor those who have served is to help our Veterans in need. There are many organizations in the Bay Area dedicated to helping Veterans and we encourage everyone to investigate those and help wherever they can.
One such organization is Swords to Plowshares whose mission is to heal the wounds of war, to restore dignity, hope, and self-sufficiency to all veterans in need, and to prevent and end homelessness and poverty among veterans.
